Yoga Classes

Our classes help us raise funds to keep our organization alive. 

We use the honor system: we trust that people will pay their fee. 

Students can pay for classes in person with a check or cash, or online via Venmo or purchasing the class passes below with PayPal

We do highly modified versions of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, primary and second series. Modifications and adaptations of poses are encouraged. The primary emphasis of the practice is the breath.
